Mr. Swaminathan J Reddy, Founder and Managing Director of Harithams Group of Companies, brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. With a strategic vision and strong technical acumen, he has established Harithams as a trusted brand in South India's real estate and construction sector, with a core focus on premium plotted developments, gated communities, and residential infrastructure.
Over the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Reddy has successfully delivered more than 5 million square feet of real estate and construction projects, including 3.5 million sq.ft. in plotted developments and 1.5 million sq.ft. in apartment and villa constructions, predominantly across Chennai and Bangalore. Under his leadership, the team has an unwavering commitment to quality, transparency, and customer-focused project delivery.
Before establishing Harithams in 2018, Mr. Reddy served as Managing Partner at Propshell Developers, Chennai (2010–2018), where he played a pivotal role in shaping landmark residential ventures. Earlier, between 2004 and 2010, he held critical engineering and project management roles at global conglomerates such as Siemens and Chevron, gaining significant international exposure in Qatar, Dubai, and Nigeria.
